Firmflow is a client portal software designed for accountants and accounting firms. The Service allows you to manage client relationships, share documents, track tasks, and communicate with clients through a secure online portal.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Firmflow ("Your Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share Your Content.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firmflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firmflow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
